Federica Fantini - Programme Officer
Federica Fantini is a program officer for EWL. She helps raise the funding to implement our organisational strategy and works closely with the Program Director, the staff at the Secretariat and the Members of the European Women’s Lobby to design and implement our Financial Resilience and Sustainability Plan. Federica has accrued a broad experience in portfolios management and strong project and grant management skills. She has experience in monitoring, and technical knowledge related to planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and EU’s funding methods.
Federica moved to Brussels many years ago, where she spent most of her career working as a Policy officer for the Development and Cooperation Directorate General of the European Commission. She joined EWL after having worked as project manager in several other NGOs. Her feminist activism goes a long way back, and she completed her Master’s Degree in American literature with a focus on ecofeminist literature.
