The Norwegian Women’s Lobby (NWL) is a feminist policy and advocacy organization in Norway, established in 2014. It works for the human rights of girls and women in all their diversity, aiming to eliminate all forms of discrimination and promote a gender-equal society. As an umbrella organization, NWL comprises ten member organizations, including the Norwegian Association for Women’s Rights and the Norwegian Women’s Public Health Association. NWL plays a key role in monitoring the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in Norway.
