GRI is currently looking for short term Senior Gender Advisors for Youth Programs with the anticipated USAID-funded Youth Power IQC.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience promoting gender equity in youth program, 15 years preferred, in the following areas:
Economic empowerment, Health, Education, Leadership, Governance, Anti-trafficking, Organizational Development; - Experience conducting trainings, conducting assessments, leading organizational assessments, or developing and managing programs in an international context required;
- Strong management and organizational skills;
- Professional level fluency in English (required), second language a plus;
- BA required, MA preferred.
